Terms of Use
Effective October 7, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and DreamFreq LLC, the maker of CabinFlow, for using the CabinFlow iPhone and Apple Watch app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.
The short version
- CabinFlow is a personal tool for flight crew. It isn't connected to any airline, and it doesn't replace your airline's procedures or official information.
- Flight data comes from other companies and can be late, wrong or missing. Pay figures are estimates.
- Use it the way your airline allows, and never in a way that distracts you from your duties.
- Subscriptions, if you buy one, are billed and cancelled through Apple.
The App Store
If you got CabinFlow from the App Store, Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies. Apple isn't responsible for CabinFlow or its support; DreamFreq LLC is.
What CabinFlow is, and isn't
CabinFlow helps you keep track of your trips, service, pay and rest. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any airline, union, crew scheduling system or FlightAware. Airline names and logos belong to their owners and are shown only to identify an airline.
- Your airline comes first. Always follow your airline's manuals, crew scheduling, operations and the crew you work with. If CabinFlow disagrees with them, they are right.
- Flight information can be wrong. Times, gates, status, flight phases and positions come from FlightAware and the airlines. They can be delayed, incomplete or incorrect, and positions are sometimes not reported at all.
- Pay is an estimate. Pay figures are worked out from the rates and rules you enter. Your airline's pay statement and your contract decide what you are actually paid.
- You're responsible for being on time. Sleep, alarm, report and van times are suggestions. Set your own backups.
Using CabinFlow
You may use CabinFlow for your own work as a crew member. Please don't:
- Use it in a way your airline, the law or your crew duties don't allow, including during critical phases of flight.
- Copy, resell or redistribute the app, its flight data or its logos.
- Reverse engineer the app, interfere with its data providers, or use it to collect data in bulk.
- Enter other people's personal information beyond what you need for your own trips.
Your information
What you enter stays yours and is stored on your devices, as described in the Privacy Policy. Because we don't hold a copy, keep your iPhone backed up if you want to keep it.
Subscriptions
Some features may need a paid subscription. If so, the price and what's included are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple account. A subscription renews automatically unless you turn it off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, in your Apple account's subscription settings. If a free trial is offered, it becomes a paid subscription when the trial ends unless you cancel first. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Other companies' services
CabinFlow relies on FlightAware for flight data, Logo.dev for airline logos and Apple for maps and purchases. Their own terms apply to their services, and any of them may change or stop, which can change what CabinFlow shows.
Feedback
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them to improve CabinFlow without owing you anything for them.
Changes to CabinFlow and these terms
We may add, change or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update this page and its effective date, and point it out in the app. Continuing to use CabinFlow after that means you accept the new terms.
No warranty
CabinFlow is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, DreamFreq LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or free of errors, or fit for a particular purpose.
Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, DreamFreq LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for missed flights, missed reports, discipline, lost pay or lost data, arising from your use of CabinFlow. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for CabinFlow in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50 if that is more. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Ending
You can stop using CabinFlow at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your use if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Oregon, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
